When you fail to download Facebook videos, you will be prompted to view in the built-in browser and try to download again. You can solve the problem of Facebook download failure through the following steps.
- 1. Click the download failure prompt link, the program will automatically open the video in the built-in browser.

When you download the playlist, please make sure to check the option to add a serial number. Then your video will be in a separate playlist folder, with a serial number before each file name.

- 1. Open "Run" system tool by Windows + R key or search for it on the Computer Menu.

Go to the software file on your computer, then find the setup/uninstall file, click it then the software will be deleted from your computer.

- 1. Open the storage location of the file in the private list to find the file
